Service Quality Germany

Satisfied guests - our most important objective!

An initiative for more service quality in Saxony exists since 2003. Since then, more than 200 concerns of the service industry are awarded with the certificate "Service Quality Germany , degree 1". You can identify this concerns by the logo above.

In December 2011 (in the course of the 2nd tourism day), our company got the certificate the first time and do not leave the quality to chance Therefore, we undergo a special instruction and exam of the service progress. In this process all employees were conducted, to improve and orient our service quality on our guests.
We are open-minded for suggestions for improvement from our guests. Every employee is a contact person. We are a team of quality and we are working together for a first-class service. We want you to be happy.
